No space exploration was made, mountains climbed or cupcakes baked without a bit of planning, preparation and organisation. If you are on your own journey to better health and fitness, these 3 things will help you in being successful. In short, you need to get your shit together.
Case in point, I have spent around 3 hours agonising over both my nutrition and fitness daily planners. Yes, you read correctly – four hours – and that’s purely to plan for one month.
Now, if you have ever played the game Tetris, you will remember the joys of manoeuvreing and jamming different shaped blocks into spaces whilst anticipating the next block and its placement. The idea of creating a planner is similar and consideration has to be made about the timings of normally inconsequential events like eating, and where this lies in relation to exercise, table tennis, work or the last time you ate.
The mind boggles.
But it’s worth it.
Preparation my friend, is the key.
